The villa’s greatest feature is its stunning glass façade. Almost the entire front of the house is made of floor-to-ceiling glass, allowing you to enjoy uninterrupted views of the Bay of Kotor from virtually every room. The scenery is simply impossible to describe in words—and even more breathtaking in person than any photograph could ever capture.
The Space
The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, elegant dining space, and a large Smart TV. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass walls, the magnificent view is always part of the experience, whether you’re relaxing indoors or enjoying a coffee on the terrace.
Surrounded by lush greenery, the terrace offers natural shade throughout the day, creating the perfect place to unwind. The private swimming pool overlooks the most beautiful part of the Bay of Kotor, including the entrance to the bay and the famous islands of Perast, providing unforgettable sunsets and breathtaking scenery from morning until night.
Bedrooms
The villa offers four luxurious master bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort, privacy, and spectacular sea views.
Every bedroom includes:
* A private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower
* A walk-in wardrobe
* A comfortable king-size bed with premium hotel-quality bedding
* A private seating area with two chairs and a coffee table overlooking the bay
* Beautiful panoramic views from every room
The bedrooms on the first floor feature elegant French balconies with full-height glass doors, while the top-floor bedrooms enjoy their own private balconies, offering even more spectacular panoramic views of the bay.
The bedrooms on the first floor, future queen, size bed 160 x 200 m
In addition to the four en-suite bathrooms, the villa also includes one additional full bathroom and a separate guest WC, making it ideal for larger families or groups.
Important thing to note is that the bedrooms on the second floor have each two single beds which can be set up as a one double bed if needed
