Also on this floor, you’ll find a contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower, along with the master bedroom, furnished with two joined 90 × 200 cm single beds for exceptional comfort.
Upstairs is the second bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and direct access to a magnificent private terrace spread over two levels. The first level offers a welcoming outdoor seating area with comfortable furniture, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a meal al fresco. On the upper level, you’ll discover a rooftop sun terrace with breathtaking views of Seville Cathedral—a truly unique spot to admire the city’s iconic skyline.
Located on the quiet Padre Marchena Street, this apartment is the perfect base for experiencing the authentic charm of Seville. Just a short walk away, you’ll find excellent restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, as well as the city’s most iconic landmarks, including the Cathedral, La Giralda, and the Royal Alcázar.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
