About this villa rental
A provincial and brand new villa with all the luxuries for a perfect retreat with spa, gym & pool. Located at the top of Vallauris, your only rear neighbour is the National Park. Architect designed with 8 en-suite bedrooms, spacious in/out-door living suiting every occasion.
The panoramic view offers the best seats for the Cote d`Azur fireworks, all within a few minutes drive.

There is a small independent section reserved for the Guardian.
A welcome book is at the villa and you can reach the management team at any time.
We include a daily 1 hour service to tend to the exterior grounds (gardens and pool), by the groundskeeper who lives on-site. For the feeling of a pure vacation, we are happy to offer a full daily cleaning & turn-down, as well as help with food service/meals. Our guests love this option to really relax! Please enquire with interest so we may cater to your group`s needs and provide the cost, to be settled in advance.
Local landmarks include the National Park and nearby eco park with children`s play areas.
Within 20 minutes of Palace of Festivals and Congresses of Cannes.
The Picasso and ceramic Museums are minutes away, and 10 minutes from the beaches of Juan les Pins, restaurants and live music including the Jazz festival.
A car service is available. The local bus stops 1 minute from the villa with excellent links to the train station of Antibes and Golfe-Juan.
We offer luxe packages with options for butler, cleaning service, car rental, concierge bookings and more. As standard, there is one hour daily garden care provided by the on-site Guardian who looks after the property and grounds.
General:
* Be careful with beverages and food around Roche Bobois sofas
* Food is to be consumed on dinning tables only - there are five to chose from
* For security and good sleep, We advise you to lower all roller shutters at night and close windows
* No loud parties or disruptive behaviour ( kindly respect sound levels for neighbours and environment according to French law from 10pm till 7am any noises that could disturb neighbours should be avoided, it can be deemed as a criminal offence and police can be called resulting in a 3000euro fine, Sundays are also days when noise levels should be kept low)
* Report and tend to any spillages as they happen to try to prevent permanent damage
Spa, pool and sunbathing:
* No sitting on any sofas, inside or outside, whilst wet or with tanning oils
* Do not remove covers of outside sofas
* Do not use glass drinks around the swimming pool (for your comfort and safety plastic * Reusable glasses are at your disposal, these are hand washable and reusable, please do
* Not throw them away, please do not put them in dishwasher)
* Do not use the white towels for the swimming pool (special swimming pool and spa towel are provided), do not use tanning oil, cream or fake tan with the white towels.
*No use of shampoo or bubble bubble bath in the jacuzzi
Appliances
* Do not attempt to lift or change positions of the main internal Roche Bobois dinning table ( extremely fragile )
* When air conditioning is on please close windows and doors to avoid condensation
* Toilets are not to be used for sanitary or unnatural items please use adjacent waste bin
* Use waste bin to dispose of toilet paper as much as possible
* Kitchen sink is not to be used to pour food wastes or oils
On booking confirmation we kindly ask for a list of confirmed names and passport ID, to be received 72 hours in advance of check-in.
Only the agreed number of guests made at the booking & named guests, are permitted to stay at the villa overnight.
