Villa très propre et bien entretenue la vue mer est exceptionnelle , l'espace salon/ cuisine sont hyper confortables et les chambres sont spacieuses le jardin est très beau et hyper entretenu , on peut y faire de belles soirées entre amis j ai déjà réservé pour l' année prochaine je recommande

Tout est parfait

The location was fantastic and perfect for our group. We were a group of 15 women aged between 22 and 65 celebrating a hen weekend, and the villa had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together. The layout worked really well for a large group, and we could see that with a few improvements it could be an exceptional place to stay.

There were a number of maintenance and safety issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived. In the main villa, the cupboard door under the kitchen sink was broken, one of the garden chairs had a broken arm, the outside handrail was loose, and the second step from the bottom was loose, which we felt was a genuine safety hazard. We also weren’t informed beforehand about how inaccessible the property is. One member of our group is awaiting a hip replacement, so the number of steps made getting around much more difficult than expected. In the second villa, the bedside table door was broken, one of the beds slats were unsteady, the air conditioning wasn’t working, the front door didn’t shut properly, and the radiator remained extremely hot despite appearing to be switched off. One member of our group attempted to turn it off and burnt herself on it. We chose not to spend our short four-day stay constantly messaging about these issues because we wanted to enjoy our holiday. Instead, we asked the host to come to the villa so we could discuss everything in person. We were told on two separate occasions that someone would come, but nobody ever arrived, and communication via WhatsApp was poor throughout. We were also asked to provide a €2,500 security deposit, despite the Booking.com listing stating that the required deposit was €2,000.
