Welcome to Vibewell Haus — a professionally designed wellness retreat located just minutes from Main Street and rooted in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. This is not just a place to sleep; it's a place to decompress, reconnect, and feel genuinely restored. From the moment you pull up and see the Japanese maple in the front yard, you know this place is different.

With 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and space for up to 10 guests, Vibewell Haus is built for groups who refuse to settle — whether that's a family reunion, a bachelorette weekend, a corporate retreat, or a milestone celebration in Fredericksburg wine country.

The backyard isn't just beautiful — it's unforgettable. Resort-grade turf. A 52-year-old live oak. Two towering 52-year-old sycamore trees draped in string lights that glow at night like something out of a movie. Two Magnolia trees. An 8-foot privacy fence. An in-ground pool, a spa, a sauna with red light therapy, a cold plunge, an open-air outdoor shower, a putting course, outdoor grill, a gas fireplace, and two covered patios with ceiling fans. Every evening here has a version of magic waiting for it.

🌿 WELLNESS AMENITY DISCLAIMER
The sauna, cold plunge, spa, and pool are available for guest use at your own risk. Guests with cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, or who are pregnant should consult a physician before using the sauna or cold plunge. Never use the sauna or cold plunge alone. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the pool, spa, and all water features.

Guests have full, private access to the entire home and every amenity on the property. The property is fully gated with secure private parking for up to two vehicles, including a Level 2 Tesla EV charger for your convenience. Additional street parking available for two more vehicles.

Vibewell Haus is located minutes from Main Street, world-class Hill Country wineries, local restaurants, and the iconic Texas wine trail.

This home was professionally designed, decorated, and photographed. What you see is exactly what you get — and in person, it is even better than the photos.

Vibewell Haus is a fully private retreat — your group has the entire property to yourselves with no host on-site. We want you to feel completely at home from the moment you arrive. That said, we are never far. We monitor messages through Airbnb and respond within 20 minutes — typically much faster. Whether you have a question about an appliance, need a local restaurant recommendation, or something unexpected comes up, we are one message away and genuinely happy to help. We will reach out once before your arrival with all the details you need, check in on Day 2 to make sure everything is going well, and send a gentle checkout reminder the evening before you leave. Beyond that, we respect your privacy completely and let you enjoy the experience you came here for. This is your home for the duration of your stay. We just want to make sure it feels that way.

📝 RENTAL AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER
All guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement and liability waiver prior to check-in. This will be sent to guests via email after booking is confirmed and must be completed before your arrival date. The agreement covers the terms of your stay and includes an acknowledgment of the risks associated with the wellness amenities — specifically the pool, spa, full-spectrum sauna, and cold plunge. Failure to complete the agreement prior to arrival may delay your check-in. Please check your email after booking and complete it at your earliest convenience. Vibewell Haus is subject to City of Fredericksburg STR Ordinance Compliance, guests at any Short-Term-Rental in the City of Fredericksburg must comply with the following:
• Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10 PM to 7 AM)
• The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor
lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned
off when no one is present to use the light.
• Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
• Place all trash in designated containers. The trash containers are located in the garage.

Host Rules:
Vibewell Haus is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood. Guests must observe Fredericksburg quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Parties and disruptive outdoor noise are not permitted.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire house and backyard. There is a private driveway for parking and street parking along the front of the house for additional vehicles.

Other things to note

Ubers are readily available to take you to and from the wineries in the area. To ensure zero wait times please schedule ahead.

It is not uncommon in the Hill Country to encounter wildlife such as deer, raccoons, squirrels, possum, birds, snakes, etc. We ask that you always be aware of your surroundings and supervise children and pets at all times while outside.

We utilize scheduled pest control services with all our of properties, but we are unable to guarantee that any bugs or pests will not be seen during your stay.
