Settle in with us for one night or one month! Our newly renovated studio apartment is suitable for any type of stay. The apartment boasts a brand new and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a brand new bathroom, and a queen size bed. You’ll also have access to our beautiful private back patio area and shared laundry.

All guests and tenants enter through the same building entrance. You have a private entrance to the apartment. The patio and laundry area are shared.

We are on site often, but always available through the app to help with your stay or answer any questions.

We are located in the OTR/Pendleton neighborhood of downtown Cincinnati. This area is so fun! OTR has developed like crazy over the last decade and has become a beautiful urban place to live, work, and play. We are located within walking distance of nearly everything downtown has to offer, including bars, restaurants, and shops. To find the bulk of those spots, head south on Main Street or Vine Street by foot.

This beautiful apartment is located on a charming street in the OTR/Pendleton area in downtown Cincinnati within walking distance of nearly anything downtown. To get to things outside of downtown, you`ll need a car or taxi.
