Ron was a responsive host, the place was very clean and very well appointed extremely comfortable bed the washer and dryer was awesome he provided everything including coffee… The only thing I will say is it was a bit noisy on the weekends for me and harder to sleep but other than that I had an excellent stay and would do so again.

Very clean living area with all the necessary living features/comforts. Walking distance to the river front area where we went to see the football game. Local restaurants/bars and shops right outside the front door. Very good direct communication with the owner and local caretaker. Would stay at Ron's place again the next time we visit Cincinnati.

Loved the nice shower but it was not draining well. We are country folk so we realized that we shouldn’t have booked in the downtown area. Too much night life going on below all night long and one night a man was screaming at a woman on the street at 1:30am. We appreciate the safety parking gate but it really didn’t afford much freedom to come and go easily. It’s just us, we’re not used to downtown city living, that’s all. But the apartment was very nice.. thank you for the accommodations.
