Nestled near the shores of Table Rock Lake, these homes offer the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and convenience—making them an ideal place to recharge while creating unforgettable memories with the people you love.



Step inside to find expansive windows that showcase beautiful lake views and fill the space with natural light. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, essential cookware and supplies, and a breakfast bar with seating for four, while the nearby dining table comfortably accommodates up to six guests for shared meals. The living area provides two cozy sofas and cable TV, offering the perfect spot to relax after a day of adventure. The living room opens up to a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee and watch boats pass by. A prime location near Branson’s attractions, this lakeside retreat combines comfort, convenience, and unforgettable Ozarks views.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• This home is a one level, third-floor unit with 9 steps required to reach the elevator.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.
