From mid-May to mid-September, an associated beach cabin (equipped with a few deckchairs) is available for your use; it is convenient for storing beach gear and changing clothes (included in the rental price).
The accommodation is entirely on the ground floor and comprises a living room with an open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. French doors in the kitchen open onto a small covered veranda.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a combination oven/microwave, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, two thermos flasks, and ample cupboard space.
There is no barbecue, and barbecuing is prohibited due to the fire risk within the park and the dune area.
There are three bedrooms:
• 1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm)—with either two single duvets or one double duvet—and a wardrobe with shelving and hanging space.
• 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200 cm) and a storage cabinet.
Pillows, mattress protectors, and duvets are provided.
You must bring your own pillowcases, sheets, duvet covers, towels, and tea towels.
The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower (90x120 cm), a washbasin, a washing machine, and a toilet. There is also a second, separate toilet. Two simple bicycles are available for your use in the attached shed—handy for picking up daily groceries—along with some garden furniture.
"Panda," one of the first holiday homes built in the Breezand 1-Vrouwenpolder park, underwent a major renovation during the autumn and winter of 2025–2026. With a focus on sustainability, the cottage has been equipped with solar panels and a heat pump. Thanks to excellent insulation and underfloor heating throughout, it offers a comfortable stay year-round—perfect for summer sun-seekers as well as guests looking to enjoy a breath of fresh air during the autumn and winter months.
The land throughout the Breezand 1 park is owned by the municipality. You are free to use the entire area surrounding the cottage—which features a spacious lawn bordered by trees and shrubs—for sitting outdoors. It is a great place for children to play, and there is also space to park your car.
