About this house rental

Philene is located in the spacious bungalow park Breezand I. The house is fully equipped, has 3 bedrooms, is completely detached between the greenery at the foot of the dune. At 5 minutes walk from the family beach Breezand.

Layout: Spacious bright living room with oak flooring and cosy fireplace. Modern and fully equipped open kitchen with washing machine and dryer. One bedroom with 2 boxsprings and washbasin, one bedroom with bunk beds and washbasin, and one bedroom with two boxsprings. Slide the box springs together, and they become double beds.
The bathroom has a washbasin, WC, and bath and shower facilities.

Also present: high chair, garden furniture, storage room, digital smart TV, internet and WIFI, beach house (May-mid-September).

Duvets, pillows and flannel blankets are provided. You must bring your own duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. You should also bring your own towels and kitchen textiles. They are not for rent.

Pets are allowed, but only after consultation with the landlord.

We do not rent midweek or weekend, only whole weeks. Changeover day is Saturday.
