Sliding glass doors lead to a private Gulf-front balcony overlooking the sugar-white sand and emerald waters, providing the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with the sound of the waves. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay, making it easy to gather with family and friends.
The primary bedroom features a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a beautifully updated walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two Double beds, providing comfortable accommodations for additional guests. Two full bathrooms ensure comfort and convenience for everyone during their stay.

Beyond the comforts of the complex, SunSwept's prime location puts you within walking distance of local shopping and dining options.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

This was perfect for what we needed. Nothing too extraordinary about the place but it was comfortable and a great location to shops, beach, restaurants. There were little things about the place that are just normal for being in a rental but the kitchen had everything we needed for meals at home and accommodation were satisfactory.

We love Sunswept condominiums, this is our 3rd year back. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. It’s always clean and very close to the beach.

Property is not as nice as it sounds. Condo needs a deep clean!! It's not newly renovated as website suggest. Fridge makes a LOUD noise so loud that I believe condo beneath can probably hear/feel. One of the elevators sounds and feels like it will stop working at any time. Not much on the entrance/exit of parking lot. It's at a light but you can only go one way, and you have to make u-turns. The view was amazing! Would I stay here again? NO
