Sliding glass doors lead to a private Gulf-front balcony overlooking the sugar-white sand and emerald waters, providing the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with the sound of the waves. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay, making it easy to gather with family and friends.
The primary bedroom features a King bed, beautiful Gulf views, and a private ensuite bathroom with a newly installed walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two Double beds, providing comfortable accommodations for additional guests. A sleeper sofa in the living room adds extra sleeping space, while two full bathrooms ensure comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

Beyond the comforts of the complex, SunSwept's prime location puts you within walking distance of local shopping and dining options.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

My family had a great time at Orange beach! It was our first time being there! Location was perfect! Short walk to the beach..the pool was a huge plus! Everything we needed was close by. I would definitely recommend and we can’t wait to come back and visit!

nice property, a little outdated, sliding glass door to balcony does not lock (it is broken), beach is nice but can get crowded later morning / early afternoon

The TV did not work. The elevator was not working. We was on the fourth floor had to climb steps. Someone got stuck in it a couple of times as we was there. You also have to bring your own toilet paper and your own trash bags have to clean the condo before you leave. You have to wash the dishes and put them up into the cabinets. I was not expecting that on vacation. Yes, I usually do put the dishes in the dishwasher and start them as I will leave the condo, this was a little different for us Being on vacation all the beds had to be stripped, and all the towels had to be put in the tub
