Modern Apartment in the Center of Lam

The entryway features a coat rack, a large wall mirror, and a "cleaning closet" with a vacuum cleaner, an iron, and other cleaning supplies. The brand-new and spacious "Ultra Blick" apartment has three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. Two of the rooms offer an unobstructed view of the Osser. Blackout blinds are provided for late sleepers so they won’t be woken by the sunrise. The third bedroom faces the Kirchbuckel and includes an ironing board, a high chair, and a travel crib stored in the bed’s storage compartment. The bathroom is generously equipped with a heated mirror, a walk-in rain shower, a washing machine, and towels. Continuing down the hallway, you’ll reach the heart of the apartment: the living room and kitchen. In the living area, you can make yourself really comfortable on the large couch and enjoy views of the Osser, watch TV, or gaze at the Arber. In the kitchen area, a dining nook invites you to enjoy meals together or have game nights. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary dishes, cooking utensils, a stove, toaster, coffee pod machine, electric kettle, refrigerator, small freezer compartment, dish towels, dish soap, and a dishwasher. Basic spices, vinegar, and oil are provided. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is available between 1:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Keys are provided via a key safe. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. Tourist tax: 2 euros per night for guests aged 16 and older; 0.80 euros per night for children aged 6–15; free for children aged 0–5. The deposit is 30% of the total accommodation cost.
