About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Calais, less than a 6-minute drive from the beach. It has a floor area of 110 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 100 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and two upper floors.
On the ground floor, you’ll find:
- A 50 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A separate toilet
On the first floor, you’ll find:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a single bed suitable for children and a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with toilet and shower
On the second floor, you will find:
- A master bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200)
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outdoors:
- A 100 m² enclosed, private, south-facing garden
- A 35 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Calais, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
