Welcome to Sunswept 108—a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom ground-floor Gulf-front condo that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
Step into the inviting living area, where comfortable furnishings create the perfect space to gather after a day at the beach. Just outside, the private patio offers convenient access to the pool and the sugar-white sands of Orange Beach, making it easy to spend your days swimming, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the Gulf breeze. The fully equipped kitchen features everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay, while the adjacent dining area provides a comfortable place to enjoy them together.
The primary bedroom features a Queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a Queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with two Twin beds, making it a great option for kids or additional guests. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping accommodations, and three full bathrooms ensure everyone has plenty of space and convenience during their stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

The location was great for our group! We wanted to stay on the ground floor with our 4 kids and two elderly grandparents. Unfortunately, it smelled really musty when we checked in and the spray to cover the smell was was

The property is clean and has a pool & that’s it. Our unit (108) was very dated and with tiny televisions in the bedrooms that only worked every now and then. The WiFi is horrific. No ice machine, no extras. We had some beach towels drying on the balcony. We got a super aggressive note from the property manager. Absolutely fine to let us know something is against the rules. I didn’t appreciate the aggressive remarks in all caps accusing me of purposefully breaking a rule (of which I was not aware) and adding that we would absolutely be towed if we were parked incorrectly (we were not) and more aggressive warnings. If you get a great deal, you’ll be satisfied. If not, you’ll be asking yourself why you paid thousands to stay here.
