Welcome to Sunswept 301—a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Gulf-front condo that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
Step into the inviting living area, where comfortable furnishings, a reclining chair, and beautiful Gulf views create the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach. Sliding glass doors lead to a private Gulf-front balcony overlooking the sugar-white sand and emerald waters. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay, making it easy to gather with family and friends for breakfast before heading to the beach or dinner after a day in the sun.
The primary bedroom features a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with two Double beds. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations, and three full bathrooms ensure everyone has plenty of space and convenience during their stay.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Everything was clean and the view is beautiful! There are a few minor maintenance items that could be addressed including the towel rack in the master bathroom that was broken off when we arrived. The complex only had one working elevator and the pool was closed one of the days we were there. Neither of those items are within the owners’ control obviously. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again! It flew by!

Very Spacious And Clean Everyone Had Their Own Bathroom which made getting Ready in the morning very easy. Balcony View Was Amazing Pool Was Huge And Very Relaxing. Check In And Out Was Very Easy! HIGHLY recommend

Location was perfect! This unit is in dire need of a refresh. Cleanliness was questionable- is tile able to be cleaned or just needs replaced? Furniture and beds were very outdated and over used. Coastal Properties staff were great!
