Villa Angelisa Grande is a characteristic and welcoming three-story ancient tuscan country house surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps 21 people. From Villa Angelisa Grande you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Angelisa Grande is 330 square meters (3550 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 7.5 km (4.7 miles) from Castiglion Fiorentino, where you will find restaurants and shops.
You will reach Villa Angelisa Grande from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Angelisa Grande, you will need a car (or you may consider using private drivers). You will be able to park your car free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. The pool is open from mid-May until mid-September.
Garden
The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet). It is partly shaded by imposing trees. In the garden you will find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the hills.
Family room
You will be able to enter the family room from the garden through an external access. The family room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. They include wood benches. There is a big fireplace made of bricks and Firenzuola stone. The dining table can accommodate 21 guests. The room has two windows.

The first patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by century-old trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Living Room 1
You will be able to enter the first living room from the first patio through an external access. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are in the traditional style of the Tuscan countryside, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The room also has a small window.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first patio.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.
