About this house rental
Escape to your own private Scottsdale retreat! This spacious 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 10 guests and is designed for unforgettable getaways. Relax in the sparkling pool or hot tub, fire up the bbq, gather around the firepit, and catch the game on the outdoor TV. Bonus fun in the garage with Golden Tee and a basketball hoop out front. Take in peaceful desert views, then cook with ease in the fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for families, friends, golf trips, and sunny Arizona adventures, this home has everything you need to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories.
Available for rent on Turo. Chevy Tahoe parked in the garage and ready for our guests. Two bench seats that fold down so can easily fit a total of six adults and can squeeze three smaller people in each of the back two rows for a total of eight if needed.
Uber or Lyft to vacation rental and vehicle is cleaned and ready. No rental car lines!

Summary of General Rental Policies
A. The property is equipped with two public-facing security cameras. One Ring camera at the front door of the home and another above the garage.
B. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. The maximum occupancy is 10 and renter must seek approval in advance to exceed at any given time.
C. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
D. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
E. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
F. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges should damage occur during occupancy.
