This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.
Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.
Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.
A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.
The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.
Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.

Great clean home with very comfortable beds & a beautiful yard to enjoy in prime north Scottsdale location. The home itself is missing some key items in the kitchen & no full length mirror anywhere in the home but otherwise 10/10!

Excellent host communication. Located in neighborhood where our family lives. Stayed with our 2 year old. Loved that host provided pack and play. Great house amenities, and excellent condition. Very impressive kitchen, bedrooms, family room, and backyard. Coffee bar was great too.
Only items that need to be correct:
-major: the master bathroom shower is excellent but does not drain. Floods the bathroom floor quickly. Should be addressed asap. All weekend towels and floor mats were wet because of this.
-minor: host should check on washing machine. Makes a very loud banging sound for 60+ seconds during a certain portion of each cycle. Probably needs maintenance or it will break.

We held our quarterly exec meetings at this property. It was a great place to focus and get away from the daily distractions. Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood .
