About this house rental
The bar is yours to claim. Downstairs: a full entertainment suite with an OLED TV, PS5 Pro, Apple HomePods, and a neon bar lounge. Upstairs: vaulted ceilings, a skylight, a stocked Breville Nespresso bar, and a private deck right off the master bedroom. With free street parking on our dead-end street (driveway stays clear), in-unit laundry, and just 35 mins to Boston or steps to Shrewsbury St dining, this 2-bed house is perfectly built for groups and families who want to do their getaway right.
This is a two-level house with two very different personalities.
Upstairs, the living room greets you with dramatic vaulted ceilings and a skylight that fills the space with natural light. Hardwood floors run throughout, and the open floor plan connects the living room directly to the fully equipped kitchen — granite countertops, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee bar, and a breakfast island with seating. The master bedroom has a queen bed, its own TV, a private workspace, and a sliding glass door that opens directly onto the deck. The second bedroom has a full bed and its own TV as well. A full bathroom and in-unit washer and dryer complete the main level.
Downstairs is a fully finished entertainment suite. The game room features a large OLED TV, a PS5 Pro, Apple HomePod surround sound, neon signs, and LED mood lighting — a true cinematic setup. The bar lounge has a curved bar top, a wine fridge, and green velvet bar chairs, perfect for your group to gather and unwind. A large sectional sofa and coffee table round out the space.
Outside, a private deck off the master bedroom has outdoor seating and a grill — great for morning coffee or an evening outside.
Parking
Free street parking is available on the dead-end street. There is usually plenty of room for many cars.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home — all rooms, all floors, and all amenities. This includes the main living area, fully equipped kitchen, both bedrooms, the entertainment suite and game room downstairs, the bar lounge, and the full bathroom.
Guests are also welcome to enjoy the private back deck with outdoor seating and grill, the backyard, and the front yard. Free street parking available on the quiet dead-end street.
The whole space is yours for the duration of your stay.

Noise: Quiet hours are strictly observed after 8:00 PM. This is a townhouse with a neighboring unit, and we ask that all guests be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Sound system: The HomePod speakers in the game room must be kept at or below 30% volume at all times. Exceeding this level will disturb the neighboring unit.
No parties or events: This home is for guests staying overnight only. Parties, events, and large gatherings beyond the registered guest count are not permitted.
Smoking: Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (inside or outside) will be charged a cleaning fee starting at $1,000 or more depending on the extent of the damage and cleaning required.
Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet.
Stairs: The entertainment suite and game room are located in the finished basement and are accessible by stairs. Please keep this in mind if anyone in your group has mobility concerns.
