Good air conditioning , comfortable mattress. Toiletries provided and clearly marked in cabinets.
Living Room TV easy to use.
No outdoor cushions for seating area under pergola. Only coffee was decaf, no caffeinated option

This is our third time staying at Juliet's. It has become our go-to when visiting Worcester. The house is well appointed, clean, and convenient to much of the city. We love that the bedrooms have their own zoned heating/cooling.
I can't think of anything we didn't like.

We liked the beds, we liked that it had air conditioning. It felt like home for us. We loved the place. My kids had room to move around and we loved the space

We really enjoyed our stay at Juliet’s Cozy Retreat. The home is very nicely done-clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We all slept great on the comfortable beds, the kitchen had everything we could have wanted, the decor was nice, just all around a great experience. Wish we’d had more than 1 night to enjoy it!
