Great location on Litchfield property and easy access to the beach. Condo was bright with all the windows and enjoyed the private balcony.

Great location on the Litchfield property, easy access to the beach and grocery stores. Bright and sunny with a lot of windows, screened in porch, and comfortable beds.

The apartment is very tired. The furniture is old. The sofa is not as pictured. It has a slip cover. Things are stained and dirty and The bistro set in the porch is Rusty which is not good for small children. The shower in the master bedroom floods to the floor every time you take a shower. Kitchen cabinets and drawers were extremely messy.
