The Space:
Stunning riverfront views of the Willamette welcome you to this spacious home just south of downtown Portland. Every room faces the river for spectacular river views no matter where you are. The opposite bank has been set aside as a conserved green space and will never be developed, so you can enjoy natural views all year round. The large covered deck features a custom 12-foot table and four six-foot benches. The adjacent patio features a gas grill for summertime cookouts.
All-new furnishings and elegant home decor fill the two-story interior, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay for your whole family. Kick back for streaming on the smart TV or board games in the living room, or set up at the dedicated desk to take care of some work-from-home needs. The massive open-concept kitchen is equipped for gourmet meal planning with features including a six-burner ZLINE-brand gas range/oven and a beverage fridge. The Keurig coffee maker features single-serve and traditional drip settings for morning brew convenience.
