This property is located in the Greenbriar Village subdivision in Gatlinburg — a peaceful, residential mountain neighborhood surrounded by trees. It’s a quiet area just a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg, local dining, shops, and outdoor attractions, offering easy access to both nature and city highlights.
The roads leading to the cabin are fully paved, though some sections are steep. During the winter months (December–April), a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended for safe travel.
The fireplace is seasonal and will be unavailable from May 1 through October 1.
An additional guest fee of $35 per person, per night applies for each guest over 7.
Electric vehicle charging is available at the cabin. Please note that a Tesla J adapter is not provided.
Seasonal Note: The cabin is in a wooded area, so you may see occasional insects. Ladybugs are especially common in winter. They’re harmless but may appear indoors at times.
