Located inside the Gatlinburg city limits and just 1.9 miles from Anakeesta and Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, this upscale mountain retreat combines incredible views, a convenient location, modern amenities, and plenty of space for up to 12 guests.
Whether you're planning a family vacation, couples getaway, group trip, or Smoky Mountain adventure, Sunscape Villa puts you close to everything Gatlinburg has to offer while giving you a beautiful private retreat to come home to.
Inside, the cabin features three king bedrooms, a queen bunk room, and a sleeper sofa, providing comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 12 guests. Each of the four full bathrooms offers beautifully finished tile showers, including an impressive 4-head tile shower in the main-level suite. Another bathroom features a convenient tub/shower combination, making the home especially functional for families traveling with children.
One of the highlights of Sunscape Villa is the view. Expansive decks and dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows showcase sweeping views of downtown Gatlinburg and the surrounding Smoky Mountains, with opportunities to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. We had a great experience at this property! We traveled with 6 adults and 3 kids. The property location is perfect for going into downtown, it was clean and stocked with plenty of bath towels to accommodate. There was plenty of seating inside and outside, tons of stuff for the kids to do and we even saw a bear! I definitely recommend this property and can’t wait until we can go back!

We had a great stay! We had two small complaints but they did not affect our satisfaction with the stay. The sink in the upstairs master bedroom did not drain well and we noticed the kids feet always got pretty dirty in the house and we ended up figuring out that the stairs were really dusty and dirty. We overall had a great week and enjoyed our time at this cabin!

Enjoyed our week long stay! It was a perfect getaway and very relaxing. The view was amazing of both Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains while being far away from the city noise. Saw a bear on our very first day!Make sure to bring your own pillows for personal comfort and taste. But the rooms were nice, each with their own full bathroom. Excellent movie room, great hot tub, and overall a very good time.

Very clean, well appointed, and spacious vacation home that is close to everything Gatlinburg and the road to Pigeon Forge. Information from the host regarding check-in, check-out, and things to do while in Gatlinburg was timely and spot on. Amenities were second to none! Entering the driveway and the parking area was the only point of difficulty but after several days we felt fairly comfortable parking and exiting the driveway. Other than the minor issues with parking we could not have asked for a better experience! Again, a wonderful vacation home that made for a remarkable, relaxing, and memorable family vacation!
