About this house rental
Stay in a three-bedroom, two-bath home in a quiet Westminster neighborhood with room for up to six guests.
The layout works well for families, work trips and small groups who want everyone to have a real bedroom. All three bedrooms are upstairs, including a primary suite with a king bed and private bathroom. The two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed.
On the main level, the kitchen, dining area and living room stay connected, making it easy to cook, eat and spend time together without everyone ending up in separate rooms. The dining table seats six, and the kitchen has full-size appliances and the basics needed for everyday meals.
The lower den gives the group another place to sit, read, work or get some quiet time away from the main living room.
Outside, the fully fenced backyard includes a private hot tub beneath a covered structure and a fire pit for cooler evenings. The front deck adds another place to sit outside with coffee or wind down at the end of the day.
The home is close to the US-36 corridor, which makes it easy to reach Boulder, Broomfield, northwest Denver and nearby business districts. Standley Lake, Westminster Promenade, Butterfly Pavilion, local golf courses, UCHealth Broomfield and FlatIron Crossing are all within easy reach.

This was a comfortable house to stay in during a family vacation to the Denver area. The location was great for both hiking excursions & spending time in downtown Denver. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked so we were able to prepare meals, & we enjoyed the hot tub after some long hikes.

Parents came with 2 adult children and a dog. Property worked great for us. Kitchen was well equipped. Weather was perfect for utilizing the back yard.

We did come into at semi-dirty house (floors were not clean, found used razor and in Master bathroom, used toothbrush holder on kitchen table). The stairs to upstairs has bradnails sticking up on a couple of the transitions which caused some socks to be torn and hole be made into shorts. Hot tub was nice and well placed. Area around hot tub area was lacking to be swept a lot of twigs in immediate area. The kitchen lighting was not very bright and the light above sink flickered constantly. Nice location overall minor issues but nothing we couldn’t overcome.
