Cocoonr is offering this air-conditioned flat for rent in San-Nicolao, situated in a seafront residence with a communal swimming pool. It measures 30 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Just walk through the complex and you’ll have your feet in the sand in no time. We’re just waiting for you!
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a pull-out sofa bed, a TV and a dining area
- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: a microwave, a toaster, hobs…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190)
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet
Outside:
- A 12 m² west-facing terrace fitted with an awning and outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying sunny days and the view of the mountains.
- A shared, unheated swimming pool, open from 1 April to 31 October (opening dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions).

The region’s hiking trails will take you through the mountains and offer breathtaking views of the sea! If you enjoy hiking, the Cascata dell’Ucelluline trail is a must.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park (first come, first served).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest airport: Bastia, approximately 25 km away
- Nearest port: Bastia, approximately 40 km away
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.
Other notes:
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be hired and paid for on site). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner
- Air conditioning is fitted in the living room and serves the whole flat.
A cot and high chair are available on request and at an additional cost from the concierge service, subject to availability.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to favourable weather conditions.
- Wristbands will be available in the flat to access the swimming pool.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
