About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this air-conditioned studio for rent in the town of San-Nicolao, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a shared swimming pool. It measures 23 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
Located on the first floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 25 m² living area with a sleeping area featuring a queen-size bed opening onto the terrace, and a sitting area with a double sofa bed and a TV
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bathroom with a toilet
For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: washing machine, griddle, fan, iron.
Outdoors:
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A shared swimming pool (unheated) open from 1 June to 30 September, weather permitting.
The flat is ideally situated in San-Nicolao, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.

- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to favourable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any household appliances after use.
- A cot and high chair are available on request and at an additional cost from the concierge service, subject to availability.
