You and your loved ones will have access to an array of community amenities, including an indoor hot tub, adult pool, and kiddie pool, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center. Start your day with a steamy cup of coffee on your private balcony as you admire the views of the ocean and the beach from the comfort of your condo. There is no kitchen, however, you'll have a convenient mini-fridge to store all of your snacks and goodies and a microwave to heat them all up!

We have recently replaced the mattress with a new one matching the other bed in the room.

There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

It’s an old building. It has dishes with no sink or kitchen to use them and the size is literally a box. But the place was very clean even though we had to go downstairs to trade our own towels the process was smooth. The pools was nice and the balcony’s view was relaxing and convenient. For the price it’s worth it just don’t have more than two people!

We travel with a small service animal. I have had less than gracious encounters at other properties in the past. Ocean Park made sure I knew my service animal and I were welcome and accepted. Not just "put up with" but actually welcome. The entire property is kept clean and well maintained. The people are among the very best. We came on the spur of the moment and found this property because our previous favorite was booked and this is a "sister property" to them. I say previous favorite because they now share the title with Ocean Park and we have some serious thinking to do while planning our week stay this Fall.
