About this apartment rental
Updated one of a kind oceanfront end corner pool suite which is the largest unit in building. This is the best location at the whole resort. as its on the end and the ground floor so you can walk directly to the pool and beach. This unit has been remodeled with a king bed, true living room set up with sleeper, 65 tv, brick fireplace, washer/dryer combo, new granite everywhere, awesome all stainless new kitchen, large ocean view from kitchen,. large balcony with high top Adirondack chairs
Pets are only allowed during the months of November to February. Please make sure to understand this before booking

this wonderful unit is located in the MOST REQUESTED Schooner Oceanfront building located within Compass cove resort. The schooner buildingis a part located at Compass cove with over 750 ft of ocean frontage.
The number one resort in Myrtle beach. With over 23 pools and water features this resort is top rated family resort in area. Has 2 different indoor water park areas, Several hot tubs,3 different lazy rivers, 2 being indoor. a HUGE kids water park, , .. This resort has the largest pool deck in myrtle beach stretching across 750 ft of beach access. Once you visit this wonderful resort you will never want to visit another resort when visiting Myrtle Beach.( the large water slide is not included but all the other pools and water features are)
) Must be clean and respectful and treat it as your own home.

4).Parking Passes are included which is free. . Approx 8-10 towel sets, Linens for all beds(beds are fully made also), =) a starter kit including, roll of toilet tissue, paper towels, coffee starter kit etc. As we all know ,private rentals do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange but i do pay more to get my guest 8-10 towels sets instead of most rentals on here as most only offer 4 sets
5) I rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties.

The stay was incredible, unit was clean and cozy. Host was quick to respond to issue which was immediately fixed. Highly recommend, pools were very clean as well. Ground unit was very convenient, and location was perfect for family stay. Cannot wait to book again.

The condo is beautiful. You can tell it’s been updated and looks to be professionally designed. The bathroom could use some updating but otherwise it’s very nice. It is right on the pool which is good and bad. Good because you’re right there and steps from the beach. Bad because you have to keep the curtains closed to maintain privacy. We accidentally left clothes in the closet and the owner was very responsive. It took a couple of weeks and a few gentle reminders but we did get our clothes back. I would recommend.

Condo advertised a one bedroom and there was no bedroom but instead, they had a kingside bed in the living room. Bathroom is in need of updating. We were on the first floor and we had three cats visiting our sitting area so we didn’t dare leave the door open at all. Fireplace was beautiful but didn’t work. The place was clean and the manager did get back to us with some concerns.
