The Space:
Designed in classic Old Florida cottage style, My Blue Sky comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across three levels. While the home shares a twin structure with a separately owned neighboring unit, guests enjoy a quiet stay with no shared amenities and a peaceful residential feel.
Ground Floor: A convenient walk-in bonus shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Second Floor: The main living space features an open-concept living area, a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, and a screened-in porch — ideal for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.
Third Floor: All bedrooms are on this level, including two Gulf-side queen bedrooms with private en-suite baths and a shared Gulf-view deck, one additional queen bedroom, and one bunk bedroom with a twin-over-full bed served by a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A full-size washer and dryer is also provided for guest convenience.
Outdoor features include a fire pit with seating for six for relaxing evenings, four bikes onsite for exploring 30A and the Timpoochee Trail, and Gulf views from the upper level and shared deck.

Guests enjoy exclusive neighborhood beach access reserved for Old Blue Mountain Beach residents and guests, located just one minute from the front door at the end of a quiet street — a rare and highly desirable beach experience along 30A. A covered two-car carport provides shaded parking. Please note that parking is strictly limited to two vehicles.

This location is ideal for walking and biking. Four bikes are provided onsite for exploring the 17-mile Timpoochee Trail and the surrounding 30A area. Restaurants, coffee, and shops are a short walk away, while Grayton Beach and the Publix on Highway 98 are a quick drive. Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles in the covered two-car carport.
Other Things to Note:
House Rules & Important Information: No parties, events, bachelor, or bachelorette groups. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone for the duration of the stay. No smoking. No pets. Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles. Violations of these policies may result in immediate eviction without refund.

We loved our stay here! Plenty of space and beach access was a dream. Our family especially enjoyed the screened in porch and even made s’mores in the outdoor fire pit. We would definitely come back!

A gorgeous home with a 5-star location, My Blue Sky is hands-down the best property I've rented in all my years vacationing along 30A.
Nestled in the Old Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood, this beautiful beach house is seriously close to the beach, plus within walking distance to Blue Mountain Creamery, Red Fish Taco, and Blue Mountain Bakery. The beach access is down a quiet road a half-block away and has fewer steps down than many others.
The home's brightly painted interior and large windows give a sense of spaciousness that makes each room fee large and open. The screened in porch is massive and keeps cool, and the jack-and-jill bedrooms are great for a couple with young kids.
There is a ground-level shower just inside the front door, plus a hose outside for rinsing off sandy feet. With this house, the list goes on and on.
This is the first vacation rental I've stayed in that I could see myself renting again.
I made several requests before and during my stay, and the property management company, Scenic Stays, was quick to respond and eager to help.
