Our villa comes with a full-time Professional Chef, a personal butler, a gardener and a housekeeper, to take care of your requests allowing you to completely relax and have a perfect vacation.
We can also provide a Nanny at an additional cost.
So that you may enjoy our time by the ocean even more, also included in your stay are (2) sea kayaks and (2) paddle boards.

This veranda overlooks the ocean with beautiful views of the distance mountains. Large Ensuite bathroom with shower and double vanity sinks, freestanding tub with views to ocean. This bedroom has the benefit of a separate make up vanity and chair.
Upstairs -Bedroom 2 - Spacious Suite. Twin Beds or can be converted to a King, Pull out double Sofabed, Bright Large Bedroom with doors that open to a small private veranda with views to the ocean and distant mountains. Ensuite bathroom with shower.
Upstairs - Bedroom 3- 4 Poster King bed with luxurious ensuite bathroom with shower and free standing tub.
We can also arrange massages and spa treatments at the villa for you to help you completely unwind.
Although we doubt that you will want to leave this private paradise, the villa does come with complimentary beach passes to the private Freeport Residents Beach.
We can also assist you if you wish to explore further afield with a driver who will act as your personal guide. Perhaps take a day trip to visit our wonderful Island which has so much to offer such as river rafting, fishing, snorkeling, glass bottom boat rides, private charter sunset cruises, feeding the hummingbirds, amazing waterfalls to name a few.

What a week. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of. The staff here welcomed us with such warmth and genuine kindness — making every meal, every day, every moment feel effortless and special.The chef’s food was extraordinary. Our family ate beautifully and felt nourished in every sense of the word.What made this trip truly remarkable was how the staff embraced our daughter Chase. Their patience, their kindness, their gentle way with her meant everything to us as parents. She was happy. She was calm. She was free.We came as a party of six — Dawn, Mike, Chase, Jennifer, Omar and Nicky — and we leave as a family who got exactly what we needed. Peace. Laughter. Connection. Five of us (all adults) spent 9 wonderful nights at this spectacular property. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful this property is, both the setting and the villa itself. Each of the 4 huge bedrooms has a large ensuite, with comfortable beds and quiet air conditioning. Downstairs, there are several comfortable seating areas plus two dining tables, one of which we were served all of our meals. Speaking of meals, we had amazing breakfasts, lunches and dinners all prepared beautifully by 5-star chef Ural and served expertly by Rodrick who was always super friendly and made amazing cocktails at the bar. We only had one dinner away from the villa, which was a terrible choice -- mediocre food and terrible service. (Avoid the Pier 1 - Doctors Cave restaurant at all costs!) Annette, who runs the villa, kept it immaculately clean and was helpful in so many ways. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience and unforgettable holiday.

Seamless Booking- Peaceful getaway from the winter snow-Home is exactly as described- Staff was excellent - My wife and I our daughter and granddaughter spent the entire time enjoying the house and relaxing. Staff was excellent and the property was well maintained. Not a single issue everything was perfect. Melanie was an excellent cook and all the meals were excellent. If you wondering about tipping, they provide you that information on your last night. General recommendation is 20% of booking price. They also provide the way to split it between the staff
