About this villa rental
Welcome to our Caribbean family villa, we want you to experience 5 Star service whilst feeling at home. We hope you will fall in love with Everything Nice and Jamaica.
Our Villa is located on a narrow peninsula 300 meters wide surrounded by the ocean in an exclusive beachfront gated community with 24 Hour Security and yet is only at a 20-minute drive from the Airport.
This modern luxurious Jamaican Beach Villa in Montego Bay has its own 65 ft beach and is further enhanced by the highest quality in fittings and furnishings. No small detail has been overlooked to ensure you have the most wonderful and comfortable stay.

Complimentary access to Freeport Private Beach. Whilst one can swim in the Lagoon (a designated Marine Park) we normally recommend the private beach or Doctors Cave Beach.
The villa has a unique covered Outdoor Jamaican Bar overlooking the pool and the ocean. Our Butler is an expert mixologist and will be happy to serve you drinks to make your holiday completely relaxing.
So that you may enjoy your time by the ocean even more, also included in your stay are (2) sea kayaks and (2) paddle boards.

Bedroom 5: Ground Floor. King Bed - Luxury Bathroom with outdoor shower, 60” Flat Screen TV. Bedroom has double doors that open to verandah- Just steps from the Swimming pool and beachfront.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1 - First Master Bedroom Suite. King Bed with large windows and open doors with amazing ocean views and direct access to large open verandah with sumptuous outdoor wicker furniture sofas. This veranda overlooks both the swimming pool and the ocean with beautiful views of the distance mountains. Inside the bedroom there is a 55 inch Flat screen TV. Luxurious Ensuite bathroom with shower and double vanity sinks, and views to ocean. Pull out sofa bed.
Upstairs -Bedroom 2 - Second Master bedroom Suite. King Bed, Pull out Sofabed, 60” Flat Screen TV. Bright Large Bedroom with double doors that open to the veranda with its own private seating area and direct views to the swimming pool and ocean. Large Luxurious Ensuite bathroom with plenty of natural light and views of the lush tropical gardens. Features double showers, freestanding bathtub, large double vanity. This bathroom also benefits from a separate Dressing Table and chair.
Upstairs - Bedroom 3- Garden bedroom - King bed with luxurious ensuite bathroom with shower, 60” Flat Screen TV. This bedroom benefits from a large walk out verandah overlooking the lush tropical gardens. There are Teak lounge chairs for sunning or reading your favorite book or just taking in the beautiful view. Fantastic chilling spot for afternoon tropical drinks!
Upstairs Bedroom 4: Twin bedded bedroom with luxurious ensuite bathroom. Large screen TV. This bedroom can also be converted to a King bedroom.
Our villa comes with a full-time Professional Chef, a personal butler, a gardener and a housekeeper, to take care of your requests allowing you to completely relax and have a perfect vacation.
We can also provide a Nanny at an additional cost.
We can also arrange massages and spa treatments at the villa for you to help you completely unwind.
Although we doubt that you will want to leave this private paradise, we can also assist you if you wish to explore further afield with your driver who will act as your personal guide. Perhaps take a day trip to visit our wonderful Island which has so much to offer such as river rafting, fishing, snorkeling, glass bottom boat rides, sunset cruises, feeding the hummingbirds, amazing waterfalls to name a few.

This was such a beautiful house situated on such a beautiful lot overlooking the crystal blue waters! We loved the open air concept of the house which felt so luxurious! Everything was perfect and easy and organized- the airport transportation, the lodging, the meals- it was all wonderful. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Tamika’s meals were always wonderful, and served exactly at the times we requested! The entire staff provided exceptional service and were always ready to help accommodate our group. We loved the kayaks and paddle boards and saw some amazing coral reefs and tropical fish while out on the cove. The bedrooms were also wonderful- the beds were so very comfortable- we all talked about how nice they were! Everything was always clean and the staff constantly picked up and made everything so comfortable. The pool was stunning and perfect for our group of 8 ladies! Highly recommend this house. Also, Julie- the host- was wonderful and highly responsive. We loved this house and our time in Jamaica.

Our stay at the villa was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and care that it truly felt like family.The staff made all the difference—Carl, Tamika, Ralston, Tina, Tishanna, and Jowayne were exceptional. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality went far beyond expectations, making every moment feel special and personal.The meals prepared by Chef Tamika and Ralston were a true highlight—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and made with love. You could truly taste the care in every bite. And it added a home-like touch to our stay. Carl stood out as an outstanding butler and mixologist, his attentiveness and ability to anticipate our needs were unmatched. Whether it was ensuring everything ran smoothly or crafting the perfect drink, he added an extra level of excellence. Tina and Tishanna kept the villa spotless and inviting at all times, creating a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere we truly appreciated. Jowayne was incredibly helpful throughout the night, always available and ready to assist with anything we needed, which brought an added sense of ease and care.The villa itself was beautiful and well maintained, but it was the people who made it unforgettable. We are so grateful for the memories and will be back next yea if not sooner! Truly a home away from home.

The staff at Everything Nice Villa were incredible. Very responsive from the day we booked and extremely helpful. The property & rooms were super clean and the food cooked by the private chef was incredible. The only downfall was the small beach in front of the property wasn't useable, however we used the free private beach instead.
