Set in beautiful Orange County, We are close enough to Charlottesville (25 min) to fulfill all your shopping and eating needs, but have the privacy, calm and tranquility of the country, with beautiful majestic mountain views! This is a wonderful central location for exploring all of wine country, unwinding from the hustle of busy life, and enjoying a beautiful sunset and reconnecting with nature in this quiet country setting with rolling hills as your backdrop! We are centrally located 15 minutes from Orange, Madison, and Ruckersville, with Gordonsville being a 25 min drive away. We are 8 minutes from The Market at Grelen wedding venue, and a 5 minute drive from James Madison’s Montpelier. A 30 minute drive will get you to the entrance of the Shenandoah National Park and a plethora of hikes, waterfalls and wildlife!

This is a charming farm apartment, freshly rebuilt and renovated after a fire the end of 2019. We have enjoyed mixing old wood beams, and wood repurposed from the farm into beautiful barn doors, and other natural touches, married together with new lush conveniences to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as you deserve! Your space has a private entrance and beautiful mountain views! There are 2 spacious bedrooms, the main fitted with a queen bed, with plenty of space to spend lazy afternoons lounging. The second bedroom has a full bed, and a small desk to catch up with emails or do some journaling or set up your toiletries. The upstairs is outfitted with a large bathroom, with a spacious glass shower equipped with a sit down bench and rain shower head. In the downstairs is a smaller half bath, a large open living room fitted with a sectional couch with a pullout to make another cozy sleeping area, or the perfect space to snuggle and enjoy a late night movie This space also contains a kitchenette, (refrigerator, cooktop, air fryer/convection oven, microwave, keurig, pots, pans, and all your dish ware to enjoy a breakfast or dinner in), a dining table with seating for 6.
Your front door is framed with some comfy chairs to sit and relax. The side patio has 2 outdoor sofas framing a propane fire pit, another perfect spot to sit under the twinkle lights and star gaze with a nice bottle of your favorite wine. Or take your glass to enjoy by the fountain, listening to the chirping of the frogs, watching the fish frolic between a blanket of lily pads, and the amazing view of the sun setting behind the panoramic mountain range.
