Free parking in courtyard, washing machine, comfortable beds, mosquito nets on windows and door.
Slow WiFi (source is mobile internet), noise inside the house from the passing vehicles when windows or door are opened.

Great and cozy house with huge yard. It is very well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, barbeque is also available in the back yard. Two separate bedrooms and a spacious kitchen with dinning table and big sofa, all with air cons. There is space for the car in the yard and it is fully closed one, so even with smaller kids it's very comfortable. The beach is 5-7 minutes away with a car. The host is very welcoming. If you like the quiet mornings with birds singing while you have your coffee in the garden, this is your place.
