Bayview Residence - Luxury apartments with garage

What I liked * Excellent location: The apartment is located in Tivat, very close to Porto Montenegro (8 mins by car), which was one of the best features for us. * Beautiful sea view: The apartment has a lovely view of the sea. * New and very clean: The property is newly finished, fresh, modern, and very clean. * Spacious apartment: Compared to staying in a hotel, the space is a major advantage. Instead of just having one room and a bathroom, you get two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a dining area with a dining table, a kitchen, and a bathroom. * Flexible sleeping arrangements: The living room has a sofa bed, so the apartment can accommodate additional guests comfortably if needed. * Helpful and responsive host: Neven was very helpful, cooperative, and always available whenever we needed assistance. He genuinely did his best to make our stay comfortable. * Good handling of an issue: We had a problem with the kitchen oven, but Neven made every effort to resolve it. He brought people to check it, and it was eventually fixed toward the end of our stay. He also compensated us for the inconvenience with a discount and arranged transportation to the airport, which we really appreciated.

What could be improved / Things to keep in mind * Only one bathroom: The apartment has only one bathroom, which can be a little inconvenient when staying with several people. * One small bedroom: One of the bedrooms is relatively small and has a sofa bed rather than a standard bedroom bed. It can be converted into a bed and is suitable for sleeping, but it is not a typical bedroom with a king-size or regular bed. * Mosquitoes with the balcony open: There are some mosquitoes if the balcony door is left open. It is not a major issue, but I recommend keeping the balcony door closed, especially when leaving the apartment. * Oven: If you plan to cook during your stay, I recommend confirming with Neven before arrival that the oven is working and asking for instructions on how to operate it. * Taxis: Getting taxis in Tivat can sometimes be difficult, and taxis can be relatively expensive. It is helpful to ask Neven for the exact Google Maps location of the apartment and share it with taxi drivers when arriving or returning. * Consider renting a car: If you are staying for several days, renting a car may be more convenient and economical than relying on taxis. Plus they take cash only as many other places. * Cleaning: house keeping is not included and you have to enrage and pay for it. * Communication: When messaging Neven, written messages are preferable to voice messages, as he may be using a translation app. Written messages are easier to translate and understand and can save time for both sides.
