My check-in experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The attitude and service I received from one of the managers, Praven, was unreasonable and unprofessional. He showed very little concern for guests who were waiting to check in, and I honestly felt as though I was begging for my room rather than being treated as a paying guest. Eventually, a room was provided, but unfortunately the room was in very poor condition it was dirty, had an unpleasant smell, and had visible stains. I could not accept the condition of the room, so I contacted the General Manager, Mr. Sundar, directly. I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Sundar for responding immediately and taking the matter seriously. He arranged for my room to be changed, and the second room was much better and more comfortable. I would also like to thank Krishna and Sidhar for their helpful and courteous service. Their attitude was a positive contrast to my earlier experience. What was particularly disappointing was seeing Praven's manner of treating some of his own colleagues, especially the porter staff. The way they were spoken to and treated was uncomfortable to witness and did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from a manager in a hotel. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again. However, I do appreciate Mr. Sundar, Krishna and Sidhar for stepping in and making the remainder of my stay better.
