Struttura ben riqualificata, negli spazi e negli arredi. Appartamento spazioso con bel design. Posizione comoda x parcheggiare e supermercato nelle immediate vicinanze. Colazione classica italiana ma abbondante e varia. Sassi raggiungibili a piedi con breve passeggiata
Letto matrimoniale con materasso troppo morbido x le mie abitudini. Luce con sensore di movimento dell ingresso potrebbe essere fastidiosa se qualcuno dorme nel divano letto. Barriere architettoniche (scale interne)

Appartamento ben ristrutturato e dotato di tutti i comfort. Colazione abbondante. Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dai sassi.
Ad essere pignolo, aggiungerei una tenda all’ingresso, essendo al piano strada
