Die Schlüsselübergabe hat überhaupt nicht geklappt. Auch nach 2 Anfragen an den Vermieter über booking.com und mehreren direkten Telefonanrufen, wobei nur eine AB- Ansage möglich war, kam keine Antwort. Wir standen 1 1/2 Stunden vor der Tür und warteten vergeblich. Durch einen reinen Zufall kam schließlich die Nachbarin vorbei, die die Wohnung geputzt hatte und sie half uns in persönlicher Nettigkeit, doch noch den Schlüssel zu bekommen. Diese Situation war unzumutbar,- würden wir nie wieder buchen.
