- Parking dans la rue gratuit - Arrivée autonome avec le boîtier à clé - Emplacement très proche du centre-ville et des commodités - Appartement au rez-de-chaussée, spacieux et confortable - Canapé et lit très confortables
- Beaucoup de bruit lors de la 1ère journée: Sms envoyé au propriétaire sans réponse de sa part - Manquent: TV, sèche-cheveux - Fuite d'eau sous l'évier de la cuisine - Frigidaire trop petit et qui fuit - 1 rouleau de papier toilettes bien entamé et donc tout juste
