Washington Rd House

Next to a pub. Check in instructions clear and correct. The property is clean and freshly decorated.

The property is inaccurately described. You have a room with shared bathroom , toilet and kitchen facilities. This could be a serious issue for some. This is local authority property that has either been sold to the tenant or is sub-let. Personally I don’t think this is appropriate use of social housing while many are homeless. Parking isn’t easy and advice isn’t offered. There was quite a bit of noise throughout the night. On approach the area is urban and may feel intimidating to some. Personally I am used to the Fratton area but if you’re not, this might not be the best choice for your first stay.
