This beautiful villa is situated on an approximately 10,000 m² lot in the heart of a nature reserve in Las Norias.
From each of these beautiful apartments, you’ll enjoy a fantastic ocean view and a vista across the vast Aridane Valley on the western side of the island of La Palma.
The villa’s location is notable not least for its short distances. It takes only a few minutes by rental car to reach Los Llanos, Puerto Naos, and Puerto de Tazacorte.

The villa consists of four residential units that you can rent.
Fenia Apartment
Here you’ll stay in an apartment of approximately 72 m², featuring a living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet, as well as a large terrace (approx. 120 m²). Of course, this apartment also features first-class amenities.
The bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m—with box-spring mattresses.
Apartment Fenia also comes equipped with satellite TV and satellite radio, as well as heated floors.
