Leave your worries behind in this spacious accommodation—it’s an oasis of tranquility! Located on the island’s west coast, you’ll enjoy spectacular sunsets, as well as a prime location near transportation links—yet in a completely private and peaceful area where you can take in the views, the mild year-round climate, and a spectacular starry sky at night.
It’s an open-concept home that makes the most of every inch of space. Two bedrooms on either side of the house, each with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, making it ideal for four people. One of the bedrooms also features a workspace with a desk and office chair, making this home an ideal spot for remote workers, as it also has a 300 Mb fiber-optic connection. There is a spacious living area with a large-screen TV connected to a fully equipped designer kitchen with all appliances. Additionally, the kitchen/living area offers direct access to the 10×5-meter pool with varying depths. It also features a half-bath with a laundry area, space for drying clothes, and covered parking for two cars. The property’s outdoor areas are spacious, and the pool area includes a covered section with outdoor furniture, as well as a barbecue.
The beaches of Puerto Naos, Charco Verde, El Remo, and Puerto de Tazacorte are 15 minutes away, as are the towns of Los Llanos de Aridane (the largest on the island and the gateway to the Caldera de Taburiente National Park) and El Paso, where you can also visit attractions such as El Mirador de La Cumbrecita, among others.
A car is essential. Guests under 25 years of age are not permitted. All types of events, gatherings, or parties are prohibited.
