The house was inexpensive for two nights for 6 and close to town. There for a bookclub and book/movie binging weekend. Interior was clean but the outside porch/deck were coated in grass clippings/pollen, I wiped off the deck furniture but didn’t sweep off the basement entrance, so grass got all tracked into the basement bedroom and bathroom when they came to fix the backed up bathtub that was clogged up. I had ended up rinsing my hair in the sink. Most disappointing was the advertised “free” WIFI was spotty and quit out on the TV even with us all disconnecting our devices. Basement tv’s remote was not there so couldn’t test that one. Texted Vacasa concerning the internet also but that wasn’t addressed. So we painfully watched one movie in 4 hrs, even tried a hotspot, the last night we lost patience and ended up turning off the movie with only 20 minutes left since it kept buffering and quitting out. No outages per spectrums outage map. Vacation troubleshooting. TV is old, may need a new modem. I see now from other reviews that this is an issue, very frustrating. The master with bathroom should be disclosed that it’s in a partial renovated basement with basement stairs, painted cement floor in 2nd living area and half bath with drain that were cold and uninviting, but the pics looked nice. Vacasa outgoing instructions were odd; only lights out, dishwasher on and bedding in washer. What about trash, towels? No WiFi this morning so App wouldn’t open, so we locked up and left.

Great place to stay. Close to restaurants and shopping while in Waynesville area. Very cute and comfy house.Would definitely stay here again.
