Newly built luxury coastal home located in a private seaside community just 7 minutes from Portland. The main residence features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with water views from every room.

The home offers an open-concept layout with a striking stone fireplace, a professional chef’s kitchen, and beautifully curated furnishings throughout. Guests can walk to the beach as well as several excellent local restaurants and shops.

An optional lower-level apartment and private gym may be added to the reservation upon request, offering additional sleeping space and amenities (subject to availability and pricing).

Please note: yard and landscaping will be completed in spring 2026. Photos will be updated once exterior work is finished.

This home will be completed in the spring of 2026. Wine be ready to rent until August of 2026.
- Quiet hours from 9 PM to 8AM
-driveway will fit 4 cars, the street is narrow so no parking on the street. Please speak to me if you have another car.
-must be 25 or older to book
- owner reserves the right to remove any guests that do not follow the house rules.

*No parties/large gatherings , excessive noise/music, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.

*one dog may be considered with permission fee is $500/pet. Not allowed on the furniture if not covered. If you arrive with an animal that has not been approved you will need to find other accommodations for your pet.

* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.

If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.

Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
