Across the street there are city bike rentals (Harvard Pilgrim Pedals)

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful historic Portland home during our annual consulting retreat. The house comfortably accommodated seven women traveling from across the East Coast, with seven bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms, so everyone had plenty of space and sharing the bathrooms was never an issue.The large living room was the perfect setting for our meetings, and the big TV made it easy to present our PowerPoint presentations throughout the week. We especially appreciated the spacious dining room, where we gathered each morning for breakfast and enjoyed relaxed dinners together in the evenings.As expected with a historic home, the bedrooms are cooled with window air-conditioning units rather than central air. We visited during a warm week, and the units kept the bedrooms comfortable.The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and very walkable. Uber drivers had no trouble finding the house, whether we were heading downtown, to the airport, or out for dinner.Overall, this home offered the perfect blend of historic charm, comfort, and functionality. It was an ideal place for both productive meetings and quality time together, and we would gladly stay here again.

Great for a family get together.. lots of room and close walk to arts district. Really easy drive then to all kinds of restaurants. Easy drive from airport.Parking is a premium in Portland and we were spoiled having a garage to park in.

Celebrated Thanksgiving with our family, including cooking and eating on Thanksgiving day. Really appreciated the comfort level in the rooms (beds were spectacular), and the two refrigerators. Plenty of space for multiple kids to play indoors, and the neighborhood was very walkable. Highly recommend.
