This villa owes its name to its breezy location near the center of Marina di Campo. It is located near the residential hamlet of "La Pila," a popular choice for cyclists due to its flat terrain.

The property is accessed from a large 40 sq m porticoed terrace, which opens onto the garden through arches. It leads to the living area, which includes a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and fireplace, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a master bedroom with a double bed. On the same floor is a twin bedroom with a bunk bed (the mezzanine above this bedroom, shown in the photo, is not accessible to guests). Bathroom with shower.

- Check-in at our Campo offices is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM. A €50.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM.
- Pets are allowed with a €30 cleaning fee.
- Security deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (request at time of booking). Not bookable on site

Check-in information will be sent to guests 48 hours before arrival. Please contact our customer service for any questions. For the selected property, key collection usually takes place at our agency in Marina di Campo or Portoferraio during low season.
