Located in a very safe and peaceful area, just 10 minutes from the Walled City and a 2-minute walk from the beach and lake. Find the perfect balance between serenity and adventure. Wake up to the sea breeze, take a dip in the pool, and experience the magic of the Caribbean in complete comfort. Your ideal oasis awaits!
The apartment features spacious rooms spread over two levels, ideal for groups and families.
Air-conditioned area (main bedrooms):
Bedroom 1: King bed, private bathroom, two balconies, and closet.
Bedroom 2: Two single bunk beds, private bathroom, ocean view, and closet.
Bedroom 3: Two single bunk beds, private bathroom, ocean view, and closet.
Bedroom 4: A semi-double bunk bed, private bathroom, ocean view, and closet.
First-floor social area and spaces (with fans):
Sofa bed.
Integrated living room, dining room, and kitchen.
Open guest room with a single bunk bed.
These areas have auxiliary fans to maintain pleasant air circulation and greater comfort during your stay.
This penthouse has been designed to offer comfort in both the relaxation areas and the gathering spaces, making it an excellent option for families and groups who want to enjoy a spacious and comfortable stay together.

The building has direct access to the beaches of El Laguito, where you will also find a pier with quick routes to Tierra Bomba Island.
Entrance Fee
Each guest must pay a fee of COP 10,000 (USD 3).
