Absolutely excellent! Surpassed my expectations! Beds were comfortable, facilities extremely clean. Air conditioning and hot water were amazing. Felt like we were at a 5 star hotel! Excellent value for the price and location! Would highly recommend! Space was perfect for our family of 4. Checked in early without issues, very kind receptionist. Will definitely seek this place out again when we return!

Incredibly it has one window with a wall 6 inches away with almost no light whatsoever and very small bedroom. I believe I paid an extra cleaning fee but somehow they said that cleaning and towel change was somehow optional or I had not paid for it or something like that. I saw the cleaning lady on day two and I asked if she was going to clean the room and she said she would the next day, but they never did and when I enquired I was told I hadn't paid for it. Eccentric and unsatisfactory morning coffee arrangement in the room. Peculiar payment issues that I did not understand supposedly related to credit card in my profile, and they requested direct payment. The room did not appear to match the pictures. Reception staff indifferent to the point of rudeness. They seemed to request information and copies of documents unnecessarily, even through it had already been provided.
