About this house rental
Step into this country setting on State Highway 198, a stones throw from Woodcock Creek Lake and State Game Lands. Enjoy the uniqueness of a Dodecagon home with a spiral staircase, leading you from the main floor down to the livable basement.
Whether you are in town for a wedding, to hunt and/or fish, visiting friends/family or to simply to just get away; we can accommodate up to 9 guests! 3 Bedrooms(5 beds). 1 Sitting/Living Room(Sofa pull out couch). 2 full Bathrooms.

•2 Bedrooms- 1 Queen Bed. 1 Twin Bunk Beds
•Full Bathroom
•Linen Closet
Spiral Staircase(300lb max) takes you from main floor to livable basement downstairs.
DOWNSTAIRS
•1 Bedroom- 1 Full Bed. 1 Twin Bed
•1 Sitting Room with a full size pull out couch
•Living room
•Conversation Pit with electric fireplace
•Full Bathroom
•Washer and Dryer
•Entrance/Exit Door
Please note: The lower level features a built-in conversation pit with no railing. While this is part of the home’s design, guests should use caution. The home may not be suitable for young children or anyone with mobility or balance concerns.
The house sits 200 feet back off a main road with plenty of yards space and parking spaces.
We are located 12 minutes from Interstate 79.
7 min drive to downtown Saegertown
10 min drive to Meadville
25 min drive to Edinboro
45 min drive to Erie
25-45 min drive to Conneaut Lake, Pymatuning area
35-60 min drive to Titusville, Franklin, Oil City area
Guests have full access to the house and yard. We do have 2 garages on the property with 2 storage tenants.
Our main driveway is shared with two neighbors in behind our property.
Check yourself into the home with a door code. Host can meet you if requested and approved.
Pets: Dogs only-limit 2. Dogs must be approved and disclosed upon arrival. Welcome in the basement and outside only, upstairs is off limits. $75 pet fee.
Kids: Upstairs offers a baby gate, pack ‘n play, and plastic dinnerware.
The outdoor space is not complete(patio and firepit coming soon). It is in the works!
